The sole Executive Director of Morgan Wallace is Bevan Wallace.
Bevan is a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Professionals, New Zealand (Inc), a Chartered member of the Institute of Directors and a member of the Law and Economics Association of New Zealand (Inc.). He is a former Chartered Accountant (1982-2012). He is Chairman of Efficient Market Services Limited, the operator of USX, the Unlisted Securities Exchange, an Independent Trustee of the IHC Foundation and a former Director of Blis Technologies Limited, a developer and supplier of advanced probiotics. He holds a Master of Commerce with First Class Honours in Economics and Accountancy (University of Canterbury), 1981.
Bevan has been involved in value-based reporting processes, state-owned enterprise commercial value audits and scoping studies and valuation-related issues in the electricity, health, agricultural, transport and technology sectors at both the industry and enterprise level.
Bevan has worked with many companies on planning reviews, identifying and valuing property rights, pricing strategies, introducing value based-financial systems, performance measurement and investor communications. He has been involved in scoping numerous businesses pursuant to strategic reviews, valuation and sale and purchase negotiations. Bevan has also acted as an expert in valuation and investment management issues and in judicial proceedings and regulatory reviews.
